A few hours ago, as I started my morning commute in the snow, the iPod in the car started playing “Wintertime Love” by the Doors. How does it know it’s snowing out? There are many, many songs on the playlist, and yet it picked out this song. I sometimes find it humourous when the random shuffle feature selects songs that seem to match what is going on around me.

School remains open when it snows. Sorry kids.

I wonder what song my iPod will play for me when I get in my car after school. I am hoping for “Going to California” by Led Zeppelin, but that would be a couple of weeks too early.
