The Problem with Sunny Days

Today was one of those wonderfully sunny days where one realizes how lucky one is to live on the West Coast. A warm Spring day, with the sun shining and birds singing.

We had a number of classes outside throughout the day. Who could have a problem on a day like today?

IMG_4247The answer the the above questions: Parents. Parents may soon have to go shopping for new sweatshirts. This can become quite expensive.

As I was heading out today I spotted a number of sweatshirts or jackets outside on our playground. I went out and gathered up a bunch to bring to our lost & found. One item was immediately claimed by a student who was at the Kids Club after school. The other items have now been added to our collection of hoodies, bags, plastic bottles and one towel (Not sure why we have a towel).

Some items have names on them (I’m talking to you Ewan). Other items have no identifying marks.

If your child has fewer hoodies at home, try coming to Cleveland and browse through our wonderful selection of colouful sweatshirts and tops. If no one comes, we will find them a good home.

Take care
