For a project, we have to interview a local business and make an advertisement for them. My group decided on Arms Reach Bistro in Deep Cove. Today after school, we walked over and had a short interview with the owner. All the staff where very friendly. They were so kind they gave us free pasta (review in a bit). During the interview, we asked questions like “How has Covid-19 impacted your business” and “What demographic do you want to appeal to”. These 2 questions will be very important when we make the ad.

Time for the review. The owner, Alistair, was really nice and even gave the 6 of us free pasta. 3 of us had Penne Bolognese and the other 3 had Penne Alfredo. I had the Bolognese. I didn’t try the Alfredo but I could tell it tasted good. The Penne Bolognese was also very good and filling. I have some pictures included.
