Vancouver Aquarium “Careers in Marine Science”

Unsure of what science means once Grade 12 is finished? What fields of study are there to explore? What kinds of careers can you have in science? Now is the time to find out!
Experts from across the Aquarium, from researchers to animal caretakers to educators are available to share with you more about how they came to be here, and what they love most about their careers. Most importantly, they will be available for questions and conversation, a rare opportunity to be in touch with so many experts in their fields.
“Careers in Marine Science” workshop at the Vancouver Aquarium. Ideal for students interested in what the possibilities are for careers in science.
 
Time: Friday February 28th, 9am-11am. Admission to the Aquarium until closing time is included (5pm)
 
Where: Vancouver Aquarium Theater  and online streaming on our Youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/VancouverAquarium)
 
Capacity: Capacity is limited. If students are coming on their own, they can register themselves and their parents at http://www.vanaqua.org/learn/schools/programs/additional-programs/home-school-days .
 
Cost- For individual students, it is $15/person.
