Spring Exabition 2025 – science

DRIVING QUESTION

HOW CAN WE SUPPORT AND PROTECT LOCAL ECO-SYSTEMS FOR OUR COMMUNITY?

I think planting native plants is a great idea to start, native plants grow all year round so bees always have plants to pollinate. There was a man who came into our class and talked to us about his butterfly way project. He has planted so many plants for butterfly’s and pollinators as well as spreading the word and getting his neighbors to join in. That was cool to see and its defenitly something special to our community that we can hopefully spread.

BEES

Bees, bees, bees. That’s what my group was focusing on. Bees are such important pollinators in this world. The exabition was about helping the pollinators and spreading awareness. Each station had a call to action as well, showing people what they could do to help with the problem.

EXABITION

The exabition was a success I think. My group delivered a good presentation and I think that we all communicated well. We showed a keynote slide which we edited so that it showed what would happen if bees died. I think that was a great elemant because it shows just how important even the littlest of things are.
