As a member of the team, my conclusion is that we should make concerted effort in the team. When a team works together, everyone has a different way of thinking about problems. It is difficult for a single person to find a good answer for a problem, but a group of people thinking about the problem together will have different effects. A group of people will give different views and solutions to this problem, and then synthesize all their ideas and find the best answer. 

And we also learn a lot in teamwork. For example, I learned a lot in the teamwork challenge and I help too. I think my strength in team is I am a good listener and a good team member, but my weakness is I don’t like giving advice.
