How To Take Your Hands Off The Bars of a Bike!

Hello fellow people!

today I am going to be showing you how to take you hands off of the handle bars of a bike while your in mid air or on the ground, and all the tricks you can do with them off.

No Handed Ground Tricks

Riding No Handed

Firstly, no handed riding is quit scary to learn but very easy to master, and its fun. first you want to be going a reasonable speed because if you do it slow than it will make it much harder. then practice taking one hand off of the bars, you should have a side that feels more comfortable than the other, then you want to ride one handed on your most comfortable side and when your riding take the other hand off slightly for a short amount of time. After you practice that for a bit it should start to get easier and easier, and then wen you get good at that you can start taking both off at the same time instead of just starting with one. As you start doing it at higher speeds it will be more scary but so much easier. And that how you ride no handed. Riding no handed standing up is the same technique but you have to squeeze the seat with your knees or thighs depending on how high the seat is. And that pressure will keep you on the bike.

No Handed Wheelie

I can’t give much tips on this one because I can’t do it. (Tip: it is much easier if you are clipped into you pedals) With the no handed wheelie you have to start by learning a wheelie. To start the wheelie you have to have a sudden pedal Burst so you have to be in a medium gear. Next you have to keep the front wheel up by pedalling until you find the pocket and then you can slow your pedal strokes down. Doing a wheelie is much easier sitting with your seat high. The easiest way to do a wheelie is to start standing and then sit down once you are upAfter you have learned the wheelie. Do exactly what you did with the no handed riding, first practice staying up with one hand off, then take the other hand off slightly and keep practicing until you get it longer and longer. This one is significantly harder to learn than no handed riding. So learn that first.

No Handed Air Tricks

Suicide No Hander

For the suicide no handed you take your hands off the bars in the air without tucking the bike toward you. First you need a jump hat has reasonable air time so you don’t have to rush it, an airbag or a foam pit would be ideal. When you go off the jump you want to tuck your knees to your seat like the standing no hander on ground. It will feel really wired at the start but you should start with the one hander wich you don’t have to squeeze the seat because you have one hand on. If you want to make it easier on yourself you can take your Hands off upward but that doesn’t look as cool, taking your hands off to the side looks better but it is harder.

Tuck No Hander

The tuck no hander is a trick where you tuck the bike up to you stomach and let go of the bars to the side. This no hander looks the best, its the easiest, and its the most impressive. The tuck no hander is quite simple you have to tuck the bike making sure your knees don’t touch the front wheel so you don’t go over the bars, then once the bike is secured and your squeezing your knees you can let go to the side and that’s a tuck no hander.

One Hand Grab

The one hand grab is a trick where you touch and part of your bike with one of your hands. It’s quite simple fro instance, a tire grab would be you touched the tire, a seat grab would be you touched the seat, etc, etc.

Those are all of the tricks you can do on a bike that only involve your hands coming off the bars. Thanks for reading and I Hope you learnt something useful here! BYE!
