Bard on the Beach offers high school students the opportunity to gain valuable hospitality work experience with a professional theatre company.

  • At least 16 years of age?
  • Outgoing?
  • Comfortable dealing with the general public?
  • Fluent in English

Participants will also receive all volunteer benefits

Students who are interested in participating will:

  • Attend an information session on either Saturday, April 27 or Saturday, May 11, followed by a one-on-one interview the same day.
  • Attend orientation and training sessions
  • Work a minimum of 45 hours
  • Work 2 shifts per week (Tuesday-Saturday) for 6 consecutive weeks (a two week rotation in each of the three volunteer areas) during one of the following time periods:

1) June 18 – July 30

2) July 2 – August 13

3) July 16 – August 27

 

Positions include: Greeters, Ticket Takers, Ushers and Concession, Boutique Assistants
