This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in health science!

We welcome students to join our Candy Striper/Health Care Cadet Program.

• Volunteers must enjoy communicating, appreciate, and respect the elderly.
• All Volunteers must sign a “Confidentiality Agreement”.
• All volunteers must have a “Criminal Record Check” review. (These are free to Residents in North Vancouver.)
• Volunteers must receive the flu vaccination in order to volunteer at LVCC
• Volunteers are required to do one shift per week completing a minimum of 40 hours of volunteering within a 6 month period (unless arranged otherwise).
• Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age before volunteering at LVCC.
