Youth Musicians – Live Paid Performing Opportunity

Performers Wanted!

Studio in the City 16 is looking for talented youth musicians and singer/songwriters to bring their musical talents to the City this summer! Learn how to develop your talents from industry professionals, and have the opportunity to practice your skills and perform in public spaces with the Studio in the City team.
In partnership with North Van Arts, this employment program ($16.75 per hour) will run three days a week, five hours a day, in July and August. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Complete a 2023 Studio in the City application now! Applications will be accepted until 5:00pm on May 22, 2023. Please submit this application form to studio@cnv.org.

Responsibilities:

  • You are a responsible and creative individual who enjoys working with children and youth, and is interested in the STEAM field. Preferably with some past experience in teaching.

  • Delivering classes to kids grades K -7 for After School Programs. In the event that there is a Covid-19 related health order, these classes may need to be delivered online.

  • Assisting with curriculum development
  • File management and backups of content
