About Avatar (the first movie)!

   👤Avatar! (The Movie)👤

In this blog post I will be telling you a little bit about the movie, Avatar. Don’t worry I won’t spoil to much!

First thing’s first, why did I watch this movie in the first place? I ended up watching this movie for school, long story short it is the theme of our winter exhibition this year.

Is it worth watching? I think it is definitely worth watching, it was a very long movie but I am very glad that I ended up watching it! I was really amazed with the visual effects, and all of the moving moments, along with the wonderful fantasy world that I felt I explored while watching this movie. So overall yes, I do recommend this. I would probably rate this movie an 8.5/10, mainly because of all of the creatures from Pandora that died, I can’t deal with any animal (fantasy-or-not) dying. So, ya!

What message does this movie send? To me this movie was sending a reminder of the dangers and consequences of greed, violence, insensitivity and a lot more. It represents to really think before we do, and think about all of the consequences. It could be sending a message about people needing to have empathy for others.

What was my favourite and least favourite scene in this movie? My favourite scene was probably when it was Jake’s first time being an avatar, being able to walk, run, and move his toes. He must’ve felt amazing! My least favourite scene was when the HomeTree was destroyed, it was so sad. Honestly everything that got destroyed was sad, and really hard to watch. Also all of the creatures that died, after fighting and helping the avatars was so SAD 😭.

here is a photo of one of the main characters in the movie. (I traced it)

Well that’s it for my Avatar Blog Post! THANK YOU! Ps, I can’t wait to watch Avatar: The Way Of Water!

Some Words Of Wisdom by me: go make some buttery popcorn🍿, lie on your couch, watch this movie, and get comfy because it’s a long one!
