How did World War One start that good question read this blog and you yourself can find how!! There are many ideas that people believe initiated the war, whether it was the Triple Alliance (Austria-Hungary, Germany and Italy) or the the Triple Entente (France, Russia and the United Kingdom.) Throughout the late 19th and early 20th century, tensions rose between the two groups as the advancements in technology, land vehicles, navies and weapons were being developed. What I’m mainly building on is the war didn’t break loose for the sole reason of the assassination of Archduke, Ferdinand. I believe that the constant uncertainty/distrust between countries in Europe was causing high tensions which led to questionable choices. The idea of war was being tossed around in a non very negative way.
The murder of Franz Ferdinand was what finally tipped this developing war into action. As Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia, initiating the alliance bewtween Serbia and Russia. Russia then declared war on Austria-Hungary, which then started World War One, as the domino effect
of countries declaring war on each other began the fall of place. If this didnt accour the world would be very different today or It could look like this
But anyways that’s how World War One started.
