Revolutions and Brinton’s Theories

Now that school has started up again, it’s no surprise my class has already started a new unit, a unit I haven’t gotten around to understand yet. This unit is about revolutions. Revolutions are times in the world where a large group or organization is overthrown by another person or the public. Some examples include the French Revolution and American Revolution. In this unit, we are currently learning about Crane Brinton, a historian and author who researched and wrote books revolving around different revolutions.

For this unit, we had to come up with a question about Brinton’s theory. My question was can Brinton’s theory be used to relate to future revolutions.

I made a mini movie on it! In the movie, I explain Brinton’s theory and how it can spark new revolutions in the upcoming future. I use a variety of different apps and tools, such as comic life and explain everything. I researched Brinton’s theory and came up with an alternate universe that I explain in my movie. I eventually got some images and embedded them in the final product I made in iMovie.

And that’s it! Thank you for tuning into my blog, see you next time.
