The Surprising Story of Sports History and 7 Fascinating Facts About Sports History

The surprising story of Sports History

The story behind sports history is rather fascinating and I’m going to tell you why. Sports history is a large category because there are so many sports to choose from but today I’m going to tell you about my favourite history in sports.

I find it interesting how much sports have evolved. Many used to be so violent and juvenile, some sports used to be methods to build strength and endurance for warriors like dodgeball( instead of rubber balls, they used rocks), but all of them started off unknown, basic, and low budget. Take basketball for example, it all started with a soccer ball and a peach basket. Now all the sports are way more sophisticated and organized. There are leagues, proper rules, and an organized system.
