The Driving question: How might I use the still image to create and communicate through technology?
What 3 skills did you find the most useful and why?
- The use of filters; it can really elevate a photo, or even, completely change it. It’s interesting, the fact that the genre/emotion of a photo can completely change, even while the visuals stay the same, with a filter
- I found the grid really useful. It forced me to push my subject to the edge of the frame, to make it easier for the viewer.
- Perspective. It’s pretty cool, the way you can look really big or really small, just by moving the camera.
