This blog post is about my steampunk inquiry question, which is what is steampunk dancing?

Yes there is steampunk dancing really surprising, for me at least. Anyways we had to come up with an inquiry question for school I first thought it would be, for me at least, where did steampunk originate from. I did a little bit of reasearch and thought. I cant really do anything creative with this and I dont want to do the same thing as last time. Now I have finally decided to do this question which you already know about and if you have forgot it is what is steampunk dancing?

(I’ve got so many more of those lined up.😄)

So basically for the dress it is normal steampunk clothes which is Elizabethan era, which was millions of years ago (Just Kidding) when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Anyways the Elizabethan era had old dresses which were formal and usually big hats for the woman. The men wore, very formal suits with usually a bowler hat or a top hat 🎩, but it has a twist, the steampunk side is like showing some sort of metal that you normally wouldn’t see on fancy clothing, or some “punk” kid took fancy clothing and made it more “punk”.

Now onto the dancing.

The dancing isn’t random some random weird dance it is based off of Elizabethan era dancing with a twist like the clothing. The dance is like any dance that involves two people like the fox trot or the waltz, just about any dance like that, but the twist still needs to come into play, which is something like stamping your feet with leather boots and making a statement just stomping to the beet with your feet.

Now I’m done Eh!
