Hey guys!
For the past month I have been researching and learning about different explorers. Our project started off with learning about the Vikings and some of the stereotypes that are associated with them. Our project then took a turn and we dove into learning about a couple different explorers and different navigational devices. I choose to research about Vasco da Gama who discovered the spice run from Portugal to India. We got to write a story from our chosen explorers perspective about their journey. We then used the story as a basis to create 5-10 different images. Our end result was the creation of a travelogue from the perspective of our explorer.
