Coding

Recently in PLP we have been learning the basics of computer coding on a fun app called swift playgrounds where you can make your own code and complete various challenges with characters. Some basic commands are for loop which can repeat a number of commands by just wrighting in the command and wrighting how many times you want it to repeat. There are also other commands like move forward, collect gem and toggle switch. Toggle switch makes the character go through a portal to get to another place. Here is an example of me using these commands.

As you can see in the video the coding commands were very simple and straight forward. It was very important that the pattern was correct or else the whole code would have been thrown off and I wouldn’t have completed the level. This just goes to show how precise and technical coding has to be.
